What documents are accepted for ID verification?
The documents we accept depend on your residency status.
Australian citizens
For in-app verification:
Australian driver's licence, or
Australian passport
For manual verification (if in-app verification is unsuccessful):
Primary ID: Australian driver's licence, passport, or proof of age card
Secondary ID: Medicare card
Proof of Address: Any bill or letter that includes your full name and current address
International residents or students
Primary ID: International passport or visa
Proof of Address: Any bill or letter that includes your full name and address
Document upload requirements
When uploading documents for manual verification:
Make sure the document is clear and readable (blurry documents cannot be verified)
Capture the entire document (don't fold, crop, or exclude any part)
Upload a photo of the physical document or a digital copy
